Shipping & Returns

Return Policy: We want you as a customer for life! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item for a refund or exchange. (subject to terms and conditions below)

Refunds: All non-clearance items may be returned for a refund of your purchase price minus a restocking fee of $1.00 per item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Refunds will be given in the method of original payment and are generally processed within 48 hours of returned item. (please read all terms below)

Exchanges: All non-clearance items may be returned for an exchange of equal value. If you select an item with a higher price you will be responsible for the difference. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the item we will re-ship your exchange free of charge one time. (please read all terms below)

Clearance Items: All clearance item sales are final. We will allow size exchange if item is in stock. You will be responsible for returning the item to us and a minimal re-shipping charge of $3.99 per item and 7.98 per dress. (please read all terms below)

Item Condition: All items must be returned with all tags still attached in "as new" condition, unworn, undamaged and without odor (i.e. smoke etc.). All items that do not meet this requirement will be shipped back to you.

Time Limitation: For sanitary reasons we require that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to inform us of a return. All returns must be received back to us within 30 days of your receipt.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES: All international exchanges will be charged according to the lowest cost shipping to your destination. Refunds will be for purchase price minus a restocking fee of $1.00 per item Lost Returns: We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return.
