“The Curvy Revolution” (TCR), the first of its kind, the largest, and most dynamic convention for plus size women welcomes you on February 18-20, 2011. This remarkable and spectacular plus convention will be hosted by the US’s largest plus size organization, FULL FIGURES in association with SKORCH MAGAZINE (US’s leading plus size fashion magazine), and French Company “MA GRANDE TAILLE”.
TCR is an interactive event experience celebrating curvy women representing the average American size. It also informs and inspires plus size women to connect with companies, brands and supporters that are beneficial to the every day women. TCR commits to create a Real Women Summit where women from diverse backgrounds, classes and ethnicities come together in unity celebrating themselves in an eventful occasion with exhibitions lined up, and designers showcasing their collections, and charity events. Also, learn from amazing speakers and from a number of interactive workshops on empowering topics such as health, and professional information like modeling and acting, fashion and style advice, relationship advice, self image advice, and business advice.
Highlighting the convention is the Miss Curve Competition 2011, where only one woman will walk away with a crown as Miss Curves 2011. Who knows it might be you.
If you want some changes in your wardrobe at no cost, you can take advantage of the Diva Swap. Participants need to pre-register, and you can drop off or ship your unwanted clothing items that are still in good condition, from February 14-18, 2011 directly to Planet Hollywood. Diva Swap starts on February 19 during the exhibition day of TCR, from which you can take home your favorite items. The remaining un-swapped and donated clothes will be handed to the charity.
TCR is a convention for a cause as its proceeds will be donated to various charities on women and children. Thus, as you attend the convention, you are as well donating to charity.
