Louisiana State Miss Plus America Pageant

Watch the sophisticated, ambitious, responsible and community service oriented full-figured women representing the different states of America, as they come together to compete for the most coveted national title for 2010 Miss Plus America which will be held on July 13-17, 2010 at Monroe, Louisiana with Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center as the host hotel.
The 2010 Miss Plus America Pageant has three categories of competitions: Miss Division, Ms. Division and Mrs. Division. The Miss Division is for those women ages 18 to 29 and the Ms. Division is from ages 30 and up. Delegates from these groups can be single, married, widowed or separated and may have children. The Mrs. Division is for those delegates ages 20 and above who have been married by July 1, 2010.
Each contestant will choose a platform — a charity or advocacy that she will promote during her reign as a state/national delegate, i.e. AIDS awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, Mothers Against Drunk Driving) etc.
The Miss Plus America Elite will be awarded to the contestant of any age, who garners the highest overall score in all divisions and in all categories. She must be a woman with uncompromising morals and the aspiration to serve her community through volunteerism, who shines on stage and is the perfect representation of poise and grace.
All female citizens of the United States are eligible. Contestants must be natural born females who are beautiful, classy, poised and elegant and at least a size 14W or higher to compete. Categories of competition will include on-stage interview, evening gown, and elegant pant wear.
